Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: The shareholders of Sharjah Insurance Company gave the go-ahead to 5% dividend payout for 2015, according to a bourse statement.
The company will distribute 5 fils per share, totalling AED 6.88 million.
The insurance firm incurred net losses of AED 6.27 million in 2015, against net profits of AED 5.7 million in 2014.
